Final Broadcast Ratings: May 29, 2018

NBC powers up for the Tuesday night ratings, dominating with the season premieres of AMERICA'S GOT TALENT and WORLD OF DANCE. At 8 PM, AGT scored 12.2 million viewers and a 2.5 rating in Adults 18-49. That is up in total viewers, by 300k, but down two-tenths of a point, in the A18-49 demographic, from last year's premiere. WORLD OF DANCE dropped over 40% of its lead in, but more than dominated the 10 PM hour, with 7.0 million viewers and a 1.8 demo rating. That is only slightly down from its season one finale.

FOX was the only other network in originals, pushing it to second place on the night. BEAT SHAZAM and LOVE CONNECTION season premieres were both down from last year's premiere, with each losing about a third of its demographic numbers.

CBS edges out ABC and The CW, in the battle of encores, for third place.
