US Box Office Results: December 29-31, 2017
On the last day of 2017, STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI becomes the highest grossing movie if r 2017. Its third weekend take was $52.4 million, bringing its domestic total to $517 milllion. Worldwide, THE LAST JEDI had taken in just over one billion dollars.
JUMANJI: WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE rose 39% from its opening weekend and was just right behind SW:TLJ on the weekend take. The movie has grossed just under $170 million in 10-days of release.
ALL THE MONEY IN THE WORLD was the lone new release in the top ten, raking in just $5.5 million, for the #7 spot.
