US Box Office Results: December 1 - 3, 2017
Pixar's COCO retains the #1 spot in its second weekend of release, with a drop of just under 49%, week-to-week. The $26.1 million dollar take brings COCO's 10-day total to a respectable $108.7 million and should have no problems making it to $200 million.
In its third weekend of release, JUSTICE LEAGUE took in another $16.6 million, bringing its 17-day total to $197 million. Worldwide, the DC movie has brought in over $567 million and should break even, with reported production and advertising budgets over $300 million, by the end of its run.
The small film, WONDER is doing great business, raking in $12.5 million in its third weekend and is at $88 million for its total domestic run.
THORE: RAGNAROK has a 31-day domestic total of $291.4 million, with its fifth weekend of release grossing just under $10 million. The Marvel movie will cross over $300 million this week and is within the top-10 Marvel films, out of 17, so far.
