Preliminary Ratings: Thursday 11/30/2017

Thursday Night Football was the #1 program on Thursday night, grabbing 11.6 million viewers and a 3.3 rating in Adults 18-49, but is down by nearly two million viewers and over 20% in the demo, from the last TNF branded game, two weeks earlier. This could be the lowest rated TNF game on NBC, this season.

CBS takes second with a solid night from its regular line up, on par from two weeks earlier when all five shows were in original episodes. YOUNG SHELDON continues to do well, holding on to 89% of total viewers and 88% in the A18-49 age group, out of THE BIG BANG THEORY.

ABC was on CBS' tail, thanks to two holiday specials. At 8 PM, the Christmas classic A CHARLIE BROWN CHRISTMAS, attracted 6.5 million viewers and a solid 1.6 demo rating.  That is on par with its 2016 performance, in early December. Following was the two hour, WONDERFUL WORLD OF DISNEY: MAGICAL HOLIDAY CELEBRATION, which posted a 1.4 in the demo and drew 5.8 million viewers, easily topping the combined numbers of SCANDAL and HTGAWM, in the time slot this season.

FOX performed as expected, coming in a distant fourth place, posting numbers closer to The CW than the other three networks.
