Weekly Late Night Ratings: October 2 - 6, 2017
Late night is starting to be really competitive, between the three broadcast networks. The 11:35 PM time slot has the three talk shows within 0.12 points in the A18-49 demographic, as THE LATE SHOW begins to grow and THE TONIGHT SHOW falls. Jimmy Kimmel Live is staying solid to be right in the mix.
At 12:35 AM, THE LATE LATE SHOW tied LATE NIGHT in total viewers and is just 0.06 points behind in the younger demographic. NIGHTLINE is right in the middle of the two, in the demographic ratings, and draws more viewers than the two talk shows.
On cable, THE OPPOSITION is not holding viewers out of THE DAILY SHOW. Just 40% of total viewers and 54% in the demo stick around after 11:30 PM.
