Preliminary Ratings: Friday 08/18/2017

A special Friday edition of BIG Brother led CBS to a ratings win n the night. The reality series pulled in 5.1 million viewers and a solid 1.4 rating in Adults 18-49. On the night, CBS averaged 4.5 million viewers and a 0.8 rating in Adults 18-49.

NBC was second on the night, drawing an average of 3.8 million viewers and a 0.7 rating in the A18-49 demographic. DATELINE won the 10 PM slot with a 0.8 demo rating, along with 3.8 million viewers.

ABC was a close third place, as all three programs pulled in a 0.7 rating in the A18-49 demo. The three show of SHARK TANK (R), WWYD? and 20/20 were grouped together for a tight 3.4 million viewer average.

FOX numbers are inflated for the encores of MASTERCHEF and BEAT SHAZAM, as sports preemptions will be pulled out, once finals are released on Monday evening.

The CW averaged just under one million viewers and a 0.2 demo rating.
