The full Nielsen rankings and ratings from #1 to #91:
NBC holds of a surging ABC to win another summer week in the ratings. The network posted the top numbers in the four reported categories, tying ABC in the younger, A18-34 demographic. NBC takes three of the top four spots, with two editions of AMERICA'S GOT TALENT (#1 & #4) and the season finale of WORLD OF DANCE (#2). The first summer edition of SNL WEEKEND UPDATE LIVE secured the #17 spot, drawing 4.7 million viewers and a 1.2 rating in the A18-49 demo. In total, NBC pushed 8 shows into the top 30, which represents half of the network's schedule.
ABC grows week-to-week, thanks to the season finale of THE BACHELORETTE. The season ender took in 7.6 million viewers, along with twos in the three demo categories. Also doing well was the two-night special, THE STORY OF DIANA. Wednesday night's episode (#12) drew 5.4 million viewers, while the Thursday night episode (#16) collected 4.9 million viewers. ABC had 8 shows in the top 30.
CBS was mostly flat, but did see the A18-34 demo rise a tenth of a point. BIG BROTHER and encores still power the summer schedule, pushing 14 shows in the top 30.
FOX still stinks this summer, failing to put a show into the top 30. It is between 20 and 40 percent behind #3 CBS, in the demos.
