Primetime Cable Ratings: May 23, 2017

Seven million viewers tuned in to watch Cleveland take a commanding 3-1 lead in the Eastern Conference Finals, of the NBA Playoffs. The 2.8 rating in Adults 18-49 was the best ratings of the night, including all of broadcast TV. Even in its weakest demographic, Women 12-34, the NBA still dominated, posting a 1.3 rating.

WWE SMACKDOWN ranked sixth on the night, collecting 2.3 million viewers and a 0.8 rating in Adults 18-49, the second best demo rating on cable.

The NHL Playoffs are starting to get some attention, as the the Penguins vs Senators match up ranked 10th on the night, with 1.8 million viewers.
