US Box Office Results: December 2 - 4, 2016
The first weekend of December saw the Disney animated movie, MOANA, retain the #1 spot, hauling in an additional $28.4 million, bringing its 12 day total to just under $120 million. FANTASTIC BEASTS stayed at the #2 spot, collecting $18.5 million in its third weekend of release. its three week total is now at $183 million, domestically, but a whopping $607 million worldwide.The only new wide-release film from this weekend was the horror film, INCARNATE. The movied ranked just 9th on the weekend, bringing in $2.7 million viewers, in a little over 1.700 theaters.
