Primetime Cable Ratings: November 9, 2016

Political news was still a hot topic as the top six programs come from FOX News (1-3) and CNN (4-6). THE O'REILLY FACTOR was #1, collecting 6.9 million viewers, along with a 1.0 rating in Adults 18-49. FOX News averaged 5.9 million viewers and a 1.0 demo for the night. CNN averaged 2.9 million viewers, with the 9 PM edition of ANDERSON COOPER 360, drawing the most with just over three million viewers.

AMERICAN HORROR STORY was the top entertainment option of the night, bringing in 2.4 million viewers, and the night's best 1.3 rating in Adults 18-49, for FX. The series is up, slightly, over last week's numbers. SOUTH PARK was #2 in the A18-49 demo, posting a 1.2 rating.
