Primetime Cable Ratings: August 11, 2016

Once again, FOX NEWS is the top draw of cable viewers, on Thursday night. The news channel took the top three spots with its primetime line up, averaging 2.2 million viewers on the entire night. THE O'REILLY FACTOR and THE KELLY FILE were the only two program to draw over two million viewers.

NBCSN primetime coverage of the Rio Olympics averaged 1.4 million viewers and a 0.5 rating in Adults 18-49. That placed it 8th overall on the night.

The NFL is back with the first national preseason game, on NFL Network. The Saints vs Patriots game drew 1.3 million viewers.
