Preliminary Ratings: Thursday 06/23/2016

CBS wins a second straight night in the ratings, with the Thursday edition of BIG BROTHER drawing 5.6 million viewers and a solid 1.7 rating in Adults 18-49. The second night did drop 600,000 viewers and 9% in the demo, from Wednesday's premiere. CBS also won the 8 PM hour with solid numbers form encores of THE BIG BANG THEORY and LIFE IN PIECES.

ABC was the #2 network of the night, as it premiered the second season of BATTLEBOTS. that is down by 1.5 million viewers and 47% in the A18-49 demographic, from last summer's premiere. An encore of CELEBRITY FAMILY FUED won the 10 PM hour.

FOX edged out NBC for the #3 spot, with less than stellar numbers. Week two of HOME FREE, at 9 PM, dropped a tenth of a ratings point in both the A18-49 and A25-54 demographics.

Week two of AQUARIUS just may get the second year drama booted off the network, or at least banished to Saturday nights. The series drew just 1.8 million viewers and a 0.4 rating in the A18-49 demo, making it the worst rated program of the night, excluding The CW.
