Primetime Cable Ratings: March 1, 2016

Super Tuesday dominated the Tuesday cable ratings, on both FOX News and CNN. FOX News took the top three spots of the night with its coverage of the first major night of the Presidential primaries. FOX News averaged 4.9 million viewers and a 0.8 rating in Adults 18-49, in cluding 5.1 million viewers at 9 PM.

CNN took the next three spots on the chart with its political coverage, averaging 4.1 million viewers and a 1.2 rating in Adults 18-49. Even MSNBC averaged nearly two million viewers on the night.

On the entertainment side, FIXER UPPER was the top regular series of the night, ranking 7th over all. AMERICN CRIME STORY was the top scripted series, ranking 9th on the night.
