Primetime Cable Ratings: February 16, 2016

FIXER UPPER was Tuesday night's most watched cable program, commanding 3.4 million viewers and a0.9 rating n Adults 18-49. That helped HGTV be the 21 network of the night, with an average of 2.38 million viewers and a 0.6 rating in the A18-49 demo.

The top network was USA with three hours of the Westminster Dog show, averaging 2.7 million viewers and a 0.5 demo rating.

TBS, with a night full of BIG BANG THEORY reruns, was the #3 network, averaging a solid 2.34 million viewers, but a better 0.9 demo rating. FOX News continues to draw solid viewership numbers, averaging 2.27 million viewers on the night.

The season premiere of RIZZOLI & ISLES was disappointing, drawing just 2.3 million viewers and a 0.4 rating in Adults 18-49. Compared to last year's spring premiere, the TNT series is down 1.3 million viewers and 50% in the demo.
