Primetime Cable Ratings: February 1, 2016

The Iowa Caucuses brought FOX News and CNN to the top of Monday cable chart, as the two networks took six of the top ten spots. FOX averaged 4.4 million viewers and a 0.7 rating in Adults 18-49 over the three hours of primetime, taking three of the top four spots. CNN averaged 3.7 million viewers and a 1.0 demo rating.

Mixed within the politic were the three hours of WWE RAW, taking spots seven through nine. The USA event averaged 3.4 million viewers and a 1.2 rating in the A18-49 demo.

Outside of the top 10, reality TV rules. Not a single original scripted series drew a million viewers. The season premiere of AMERICAN DAD, on TBS, collected just 950,000 viewers.
