Preliminary Ratings: Tuesday 02/09/2016
THE FLASH posted one of it better numbers of the year, drawing four million viewers and winning the A18-34 demographic, for the night. The episode placed second in the hour in the A18-49, A25-54 demos and yes, in total viewers. If iZombie had not lost over 60% of its lead in audience, the CW could have been the #3 network on the night, across the board.
CBS was the #1 network, taking total viewership and the two older demographic categories. But, LIMITLESS is loudly showing it has not earned a reason to be renewed, as it drops 50% of its lead in audience and about 30% in the three demos.
NBC did well from 9 to 11 PM. CHICAGO MED was competitive against NCIS: NEW ORLEANS and CHICAGO FIRE won the 10 PM hour. Both shows were relatively flat, week-to-week. Earlier, HOLLYWOOD GAME NIGHT equals ABC's comedies for last in the A18-49 demographic.
FOX did win the night in the A18-34 demo, but was third in the A18-49 and A25-54 demos and last in total viewership.
ABC's night was a complete failure, placing fifth for the night in all three key demographic categories.
