Preliminary Ratings: Thursday 02/11/2016

ABC brought back its regular Thursday night line up, after a two-plus month hiatus, to relatively soft results. GREY'S ANATOMY Lead the network in all categories, including a solid 2.4 rating in Adults 18-49. But, SCANDAL dropped roughly 15% of its lead in, at 9 PM, and HTGAWM dropped an additional 15% from its lead in, at 10 PM. But, ABC was still strong enough to compete with FOX for the #1 spot of the night.

FOX's AMERICAN IDOL has started to show declines in the ratings, dropping another two tenths in the A18-49 demographic, from last week. FOX was still the most watched network, but CBS was just 200k behind. ABC topped FOX in the A18-34 demo and tied it in the A18-49 demo.

CBS was slightly down from last week, even with an encore episode of THE BIG BANG THEORY airing at 9:30 PM, in place of the cancelled ANGEL FROM HELL. The repeat held 100% pf last week's numbers by ANGEL. The drop for CBS came mainly from MOM and LIFE IN PIECES, losing points across the board.

NBC was a distant fourth place. YOU, ME & THE APOCALYPSE is a just. THE BLACKLIST is doing as good as it can, with what surrounds it. And, SHADES OF BLUE is declining after a promising start.
