CW Weekly Ratings: February 1 - 5, 2016

In the first week, in 2016, with all ten series airing original episodes, the CW was down from the previous week. Monday nights are weaker now, with originals, than they were with PENN & TELL encores. Friday nights are no better now, with former hits THE VAMPIRE DIARIES and THE ORIGINALS, than they were with REIGN and ANTM. Just one decent hit between the two nights could do wonders for the network.

The three DC comic based series continue to lead the way. FLASH still grabs over 3.5 million viewers, while ARROW and LEGENDS OF TOMORROW battle it out for the #2 spot, with over 2.3 million viewers. THE FLASH should rank high in the A18-34 and A18-49 ratings, when the other four networks release their numbers.

SUPER NATURAL is the top series, of the three, of the second tier series. It collects 1.9 million viewers, while iZombie draws just 1.4 million. THE 100 is right in the middle, with 1.6 million.

For the week, The CW averaged 1.73 million viewers, a 0.56 in the A18-34 demographic, a 0.66 in the A18-49 demographic and a 0.72 in the A25-54 demographic.
