Complete Nielsen Ratings: November 9 - 15, 2015
The full Nielsen rankings and ratings from #1 to #94:
The networks fell right in place as they almost always do, in the fall. NBC edges CBS in the younger demo ratings, while CBS leads all networks in viewers and households. ABC has an easy time securing third place, while FOX continues to struggle in a distant 4th place.
NBC's success continues to be its Sunday and Monday night programs, with a little Tuesday night thrown into the mix. This week, THE VOICE added a third night and all three episodes ranked 15th or better, with Monday night cracking the top 10. The networks highest ranking scripted program is CHICAGO FIRE, at #23, with 8.2 million viewers. In total, NBC placed nine shows in the top 30.
CBS continues to dominate the top 30, placing 16 shows on the top third of the chart. Helping the CBS average this week was Saturday's Democrat Debate. instead of rock bottom numbers, the debate collected 8.6 million viewers and a solid 1.7 rating in the A18-49 demo, and ranked 18th on the week. Of the 24 programs CBS aired, only two failed to rank 50th or better, and ELEMENTARY was the only non-Saturday program to do that poorly.
ABC has just 4 shows in the top 30, with DANCNG WITH THE STARS doing the best, by far, at #7. MODERN FAMILY (#22), GREY'S ANATOMY (#25) and SCANDAL (#29) were the only other ABC shows in the top 30.
Lets face it. FOX still sucks. As much as it tried to give us new, interesting shows, no one is buying it. Only EMPIRE (#10) is the only FOX program in the top 45. ROSEWOOD (#49) and BONES (#50) are the only other FOX shows doing half-way decent. of the bottom 25 programs of the week, FOX has more shows than The CW.
