Complete Nielsen Ratings: October 5 - 11, 2015
The full Nielsen rankings and ratings from #1 to #94:
CBS and NBC split the weekly ratings, in a tight, close battle for winning week #3. CBS easily took the total viewership and household titles, while NBC had a slightly better A18-49 ratings, but pulled the same share numbers as CBS. CBS topped NBC in the A25-54 demographic. No A18-34 averages have been released, but I would suspect NBC edges CBS for the win in that demo.
CBS has the most shows in the top 30, with 17 shows in the mix. The NFL overrun, on CBS, was the top primetime program and NCIS was the top regular series at #3. CBS also took six of the top ten spots.
NBC, with a deflated SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL game, still managed to stay on top. The game, at 19.6 million viewers is now the least watched game of the season, despite being a high scoring, close game, featuring teams from the New York and San Francisco markets. NBC only placed
six programs in the top 30, with THE VOICE and BLIND SPOT being the only regular series in that mix.
ABC took a bit of a tumble in the ratings, dropping in every category. DANCING WITH THE STARS was the top ABC series, at #11. The remaining five, top 30 shows ranked 22nd, or worse. QUANTICO, which was just picked up for a full season, ranked just 47th on the week, with 5.8 million viewers.
FOX, also dropped in the ratings, without any NFL overrun. Obviously EMPIRE is its strongest show, ranking 9th on the week, with 13.1 million viewers. However, it is the only FOX program in the top 40. The networks #2 show is BONES, at #43.
