Complete Nielsen Ratings: October 19 - 25, 2015

The full Nielsen rankings and ratings from #1 to #93:

Five weeks into the 2015-16 TV season, we are seeing a patter emerging. NBC wins the younger demographics, battles with CBS for the A25-54 demo and is second in total viewers and households. CBS wins total viewership and house holds and is right behind NBC in the two younger demos. ABC is a clear third place, a few steps behind NBC and CBS. FOX the #4 network, with an occasional surge at third place, depending on the strength of the NFL overrun on Sundays. That is pretty much how it will be the rest of the fall.

CBS placed 17 programs into the top 30, this week, including four of the top six. Only one of its non-Saturday night shows placed outside the top 40, THE AMAZING RACE at #48. The network had eight shows that drew 10 million, or more, viewers.

NBC, heavily weighted with SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL and THE VOICE, only placed six shows in the top 30, four spots taken by the previously mentioned properties. BLINDSPOT fell to #27, and CHICAGO FIRE finished at #29. The network is in better shape now than it was a year ago, but it still has many problem areas.

ABC only placed four shows in the top 30, with DANCING WITH THE STARS at #8 and GREY'S ANATOMY at #19. CASTLE is fading, only placing 38th this week.

Two of FOX's three top 30 shows were NFL related. The Sunday afternoon game overrun was #1, while THE OT placed 10th. Its lone regular series in the top 40 was EMPIRE at #9.

The November sweeps begin this Thursday (Oct. 29 - Nov. 25). NBC should win the demo and CBS in mass audiences.

The CW's THE FLASH did crack the top 30 in the A18-34 demographic ratings, grabbing the #27 spot.
