L+3 Ratings: September 23, 2015
Preceding EMPIRE was the series premiere of ROSEWOOD and it did not do as well in the time-shifted ratings. Just a 15% lift in the demo rating and 1.5 million more viewers is not reassuring that viewers are tuning to actually watch ROSEWOOD, instead of tuning in early to watch EMPIRE. But, FOX is still doing better this season than last.
The ABC comedies saw increases of 30% or better, in their A18-49 ratings, with THE GOLDBERGS and BLACK-ISH posted their best lifts since last fall. NASHVILLE 's L+3 ratings were better than its season finale and tops last year's season premiere.
NBC has yet to release any numbers of for Wednesday, so that can lead us to believe the numbers are below expectations.
