Netflix picks up Christopher Guest film:
The latest mockumentary film by Christopher Guest, MASCOTS, has been picked up by Netflix, for a 2016 release.
More George Lopez:
TV Land has landed the third sitcom, fronted by comedian, George Lopez. The title of the new comedy will be LOPEZ and will have a 12 episode order, starting on 2016.

The hit cable drama, THE LAST SHIP, was renewed for a third season, by TNT
Hulu sets MINDY premiere:
The relocated THE MINDY PROJECT, now on HULU, has its fourth season premiere date set for September 15. The series will rollout a new episode each week, bypassing a batch release format.
Netflix renews freshman series:
The new series, SENSE 8, has been given the green light for a second season.
NFL partners with Twitter:
Twitter has a new 8-year agreement with the NFL that will allow the social platform to deliver official video to its fans. The agreement will begin with now through the 2023 Super Bowl.
Showtime renews two dramas:
RAY DONOVAN and MASTERS OF SEX have each ben given 4th season orders, from the premium cable network. Both new seasons will premiere in 2016.
Bravo renews freshman series:
The reality series ODD MOM OUT received a second season order, from Bravo.
More premiere League on NBC:
The NBC Sports Group has renewed its exclusive coverage of the English Premiere League, for six more years, running through the 2021-22 season.
No more THE EXES:
TV Land continues to clean house of the old line up of comedies. THE EXES are the latest veteran series to get the ax and will end after four seasons. The series is currently airing at 11 p.m., on Wednesdays.
