The streaming video service of Amazon has singed a three year deal for the former YTOP GEAR team for a new car series, starting in 2016.
Starz renews veteran series:
The period drama, BLACK SAILS, was given a 10 episode, 4th season order by Starz.
Humans gets renewed:
The science fiction based drama, HUMANS has been renewed for a second season, by AMC.
WGN picks up John Legend thriller:
WGN America has picked up the series UNDERGROUND, from the production company of musician, John Legend. No premiere date announced.
MTV renews freshman series:
SCREAM: THE TV SERIES was renewed by MTV for a second season.
One more for SOUL MAN:
TV Land has given a 5th and final season order for the comedy, SOUL MAN.
Animated comedy gets renewed by Netflix:
BOJACK HORSEMAN has been given a third season order by Netflix.
Super Bowl 50 Ads online:
CBS will stream every national TV ad live during the Feb. 7th game, forcing sponsors to consider online impressions in the cost of buying ad time.
TLC axes reality series:
GYPSY SISTERS, from TLC, has been cancelled after four seasons.
BANSHEE cancelled:
Cinemax cancles the series BANSHEE, after four seasons.
NBC cancels series two weeks into sophomore season:
After two weeks of ultra-low ratings, NBC cancelled the sitcom, WELCOME TO SWEDEN.
No more LILYHAMMER:
Netflix released a statement that the drama LILYHAMMER will not be renewed for a fourth season.
Comedy Central sketch comedy to End:
To pursue other carrer opportunities, KEY & PEELE will end their series after the current season.
