Ratings Review: LAW & ORDER: SVU (Season 16)
After 16 seasons, LAW & ORDER: SVU still has some POP in its ratings. It may dip low, from time-to-time, but give the viewers a multi-series crossover event, and the fans come out to support the series.The Live+SD ratings averages for SVU are 6.62 million viewers and a 1.4 rating in Adults 18-49, for the 29 airings, including six repeat episodes. Take out those repeats, and the Same Day average rises to 7.30 million viewers and a 1.6 demo rating.
After three days, the original episodes add about 1.6 million viewers and nine tenths of a point to the A18-49 ratings. After seven days, the L+7 ratings bring the total viewership average to 10.25 million (+40%) and the A18-49 ratings to a 2.7 rating (+69%).
