Primetime Cable Ratings: July 6, 2015

Night two of SHARK WEEK didn't top monday night's cable chart, but total viewership for the night rose over Sunday night's. Discovery averaged 2.9 million viewers and a 1.3 rating in Adults 18-49. That is up a notch, in each category, from the opening night of the event week.

WWE RAW had a very steady night as all three hours pulled in 3.6 million viewers and a 1.2 rating. Usually one hour does better than the other three, with the 8 p.m. hour generally pulling in less viewers.

With SHARK WEEK, MAJOR CRIMES dropped two tenths of a rating point, in the A18-49 demo, from last week's episode. Total viewership also dropped 9%, but it was still the most watched program of the night.
