Ratings Review: LOUIE (Season Five - Spring 2015)

Before this season, 53 episodes of LOUIE have been produced. Less than 20% of those episodes have attracted a million, or more, viewers for any one episode. It has been nearly three years since the last time that happened. Now, the new goal is 500k in viewership.

This is one of the lower rated comedies, on cable TV, yet it continues to be renewed. USA's SIRENS averaged about twice the number viewer, and demo, as LOUIE, and it was cancelled after two seasons.

For the 8 episode season, LOUIE averaged 480,00 viewers and a 0.2 rating in Adults 18-49. The demo does double, in the Live+7 ratings.
