Primetime Cable Ratings: May 5, 2015

The NBA Playoffs took a bit of a dip in the ratings, from Monday night's numbers. TNT averaged just 3.7 million viewers and a 1.6 rating in Adults 18-49, on Tuesday night. That is down 900,000 viewers and 15% in the demo. Of course, the match ups were not as good, with the Hawks, Wizards, Warriors and Grizzlies playing.

The NHL Playoffs are playing over on NBC Sports Network, drawing abut half the audience the NBA playoffs are. But, considering Hockey does not have as much of a wide appeal as basketball, the numbers are relatively good for NBCSN.
