ABC has released its 2015 primetime schedule, with five new series covering four hours of programming. THE MUPPETS and DR. KEN are your comedies, while QUANTICO, OIL and OF KINGS & PROFITS representing the new dramas.Only one returning series is moving off its current time slot, with FRESH OFF THE BOAT taking the 8:30 slot, on Tuesdays, for the fall. Come mid-season, the plan is for FOTB to return to the 8 p.m. slot and new comedy THE REAL O'NEALS coming in at 8:30 p.m.
Split seasons and shared time slots are the emphasis of this ABC schedule. THE MUPPETS are currently only set for a fall run. WICKED CITY will take QUANTICO's spot, for a short winter run. SECRETS & LIES will return to Wednesdays, giving NASHVILLE a short rest. After HTGAWM's a5 episodes, THE CATCH will take over the post-SCANDAL slot, on Thursdays. On Fridays, the UNCLE BUCK reboot series will come in at mid-season, relieving DR. KEN in the 8:30 slot. And, on Sundays, OF KINGS & PROPHETS will bow out, with THE FAMILY coming in for the second half of the season.
