CBS will stream the 50th ACM AWARDS on its All-Access platform for subscribers., on April 19th.



ABC announces season finale dates:
The May sweeps are just around the corner and ABC has its finale dates set.

    Mondays:
    May 11 - CASTLE (10pm)
    May 18 - DANCING WITH THE STARS (8pm)

    Tuesdays:
    May 5 - FOREVER (10pm)
    May 12 - AGENTS OF SHIELD (9pm - 2hr)
    May 18 - DANCING WITH THE STARS (9pm - 2hr)

    Wednesdays:
    May 13 - THE MIDDLE (8pm)
    May 13 - THE GOLDBERGS (8:30)
    May 13 - NASHVILLE (10pm)
    May 20 - MODERN FAMILY (9pm)

    Thursdays:
    May 7 - SCANDAL (9pm)
    May 14 - GREY'S ANATOMY (9pm)

ABC Sets some summer series dates:
Within the press release of the season finales, ABC also announced the premiere of four spring programs. BEYOND THE TANK will begin on May 15th. The 2014 BILLBOARD AWARDS will be presented on May 17th. The new season of THE BACHELORETTE will bow in on May 18th and the new game show 500 QUESTIONS will open on May 20th.



More X FACTOR:
AXS TV has renewed the UK version of THE X FACTOR for a second year.



More ORANGE:
Netflix has ordered a fourth season of the women's prison series ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK, for 2016.



Even more OZ:
NBC, which is remaking THE WIZ, has revived the once canceled series EMERALD CITY, for 10 episodes. No word on when the series will premiere.



CONAN draws for Cuba:
The CONAN in Cuba drew a total of 3.7 million viewers, on various platyforms, over the first 30 days of release. The data includes the airs on TBS, CNN and TruTV, plus online streaming of the episode.



Crackle orders first scripted drama series:
THE ART OF MORE, starring Dennis Quaid, will be streaming TV network, Crackle, first scripted drama. The network also ordered an animated series SUPERMANSION and introduced the "Always On" concept. Always On will be similar to how a local station works, with a program schedule and catching whatever is on, at that time.
