Ratings Review: THE MINDY PROJECT (Season Three)

With three seasons under its belt, THE MINDY PROJECT has yet to find its audience... or any audience, for that matter. it is one of the lowest rated series from the Big 4 networks, and yet, it seems to find a way to get renewed each season. If ratings mattered, this should be the last season of the series.

Looking at the chart below, you will not find a single episode that was able to draw three million viewers, or more. The most watched episode collected just 2.84 million viewers. Only twice this season did the A18-49 ratings exceed a 1.1 rating, in the Live+SD ratings.

For the season, THE MONDY PROJECT averaged 2.19 million viewers and a 1.0 rating in Adults 18-49, in the Live+SD ratings, for the 25 airings, including four encores. In the Live+7 ratings, the demo jumps about 50%, but when you start with a small number, a huge percentage jump is still a small number.
