Like broadcast TV, cable viewing on Good Friday was down. Not a single program was able to top two million viewers and the top show of the night was a rerun of FAMILY GUY on Adult Swim, with 1.9 million viewers and a 0.8 demo rating. Adults Swim placed two hours worth of shows in the top 15, all syndicated reruns of animated FOX series.
The top cable original program was BERING SEA GOLD, on Discovery. The reality series drew just 1.7 million viewers and a 0.6 demo rating. That is near identical from the previous week's numbers.
ESPN placed the NBA doubleheader games on the chart, ranking 9th and 10th. Between the two games, EPSN averaged 1.4 million viewers and a 0.6 demo rating, over 5+ hours.
