Top 100 Primetime Cable: March 23 - 29, 2015

THE WALKING DEAD season finale ruled the weekly cable ratings, beating the biggest game of the NCAA Tournament, by one million viewers and a winning margin of 3.3 points, in the A18-49 ratings. THE DEAD set a series record for the most viewers for a season finale and pulled its best A18-49 since the season premiere, back in October. All 16 episodes are ranked in the top 20 of shows, this season, in the A18-49 ratings.

The big numbers for AMC did not end there, as TALKING DEAD collected 7.5 million viewers and a 3.9 demo rating, from 10:30 to 11:30 p.m. It was the #3 program of the week and also beat every Sunday broadcast program, except the NCAA Game on CBS.

TBS' coverage of the Tournament did great numbers. The Notre Dame vs Kentucky game was a huge number, for a game that went down to the last second. In total, four games placed in the top 10, plus the studio show between the the Thursday night games.

National Geographic Channel posted its best ever numbers for its special, KILLING JESUS. The program hauled in 3.7 million viewers, along with a 0.5 demo rating, ranking 11th on the week.

With all the competition, THE REAL HOUSEWIVES finished just 25th for the week, with three million viewers.
