Ratings Review: TWO AND A HALF MEN (Season Eleven)

The last couple of seasons of TWO AND A HALF MEN have not been pretty, in the ratings, but TWO AND A HAF MEN still had a little life in its 11th and final season. It helped CBS bridge the gap between the THE BIG BANG THEORY and ELEMENTARY, with a rotating lineup of quite a few different sitcoms.

Considering the comedy was way past its prime, it still pulled in respectable ratings. Only three times did it fail to score a 2.0, or better, in the A18-49 ratings, and one of those were on Thanksgiving night. It drew more viewers than any other comedy, not on CBS, with the exception of MODERN FAMILY. It may have even been strong enough to continue to anchor the Monday night line up, which has significantly dropped since MEN left the night.

For the season, TWO AND A HALF MEN averaged 0.37 million viewers and a 2.2 rating in Adults 18-49, for the 15 original airings, in Live+SD numbers. The series would add about another two million viewers and close to 50% in the demo, when factoring the Live+7 ratings.
