Final Broadcast Ratings: March 29, 2015

CBS swept the ratings on Sunday night, thinks to the overrun or NCAA Basketball, into the 7 p.m. hour. The game drew 14.8 million viewers and a 4.3 rating in the A18-49 demographic. That helped 60 MINUTES average
a 2.3 in the demo, along with 13.8 million viewers.
NBC was second, with help from the iHEARTRADIO MUSIC AWARDS. The awards themselves didn't to great, getting less than 5.3 million viewers and a 1.7 demo rating. But it is about twice the deme number DATELINE has been getting this spring, in the timeslot.

ABC took a big hit, with each of the three dramas posting season lows in the A18-49 numbers. The 1.7 by ONCE UPON A TIME is a series low, tying the Music Awards for the third best A18-49 rating of the night.

THE LAST MAN ON EARTH has been dropping in the ratings, but for the second week in a row, it has had nothing but repeats as a lead in. Given that, the rise in both viewership and demo is a positive. I expect to see FOX give THE LAS MAN ON EARTH at least a 13 episode order, for next fall.
