FARGO adds to season two cast:
Signing on for the second season of FARGO are Ted Danson (Cheers, CSI), Jaan Smart (Designing Women) and Patrick Wilson (The Conjuring). Season two of FARGO will premiere in the Fall.
CELEBRITY NAME GAME renewed:
The producers of the freshman syndicated game show, CELEBRITY NAME GAME< has announced a second season order of the game show, for the 2015-16 season. The series is hosted by Criag Ferguson, formally of THE LATE LATE SHOW.
Cinemax confirms returning series:
Series coming back to the premium cable channel, for 2015, are THE KNICK, STRIKE BACK and BANSHEE.
FOX renews animated series:
Getting a sixth season renewal is the forgotten animated comedy, BOB'S BURGERS.
HBO announces Jack Black comedy series:
A new comedy series, from HBO, titled THE BRINK, will premiere this summer. the series will star Jack Black, Tim Robbins and Pablo Schriber. The series about a genral taking control over Pakistan and its nuclear arsenal.
More Bill Maher:
HBO also announced it has renewed REAL TIME WITH BILL MAHER for two additional seasons, allowing the series to run through 2017. Each season will have 35 episodes.
MTV axes freshman series:
The low rated comedy HAPPY LAND will not get a second season from MTV when the network opted not to pick up a second season of the series.
Comedy Central dumps comedy:
The animated comedy BRICKLEBERRY has been cancelled after three seasons.
