Preliminary Ratings: Wednesday 11/12/14

NBC sweeps the Wednesday night ratings, thanks to a little old fashion stunt programming. Between a special Wednesday edition of THE VOICE and the last two parts, of three, of the triple crossover episodes between CHICAGO FIRE (Tues), LAW & ORDER (Wed.) and CHICAGO PD (Wed.).  The network was over 10 million viewers on the night, plus a solid 2.4 rating in Adults 18-49. All three programs pulled similar ratings, staying within a million viewers and three tenths of a point, in the demo.

ABC and CBS split second place, with ABC edging ahead in the A18-49 ratings (2.1 to 2.9), and CBS grabbing the most viewers, with a 1.4 million viewer advantage. Both network's 10 p.m. programs drug down their averages, with each show getting just a 1.4 demo rating and losing between two to three million viewers, from their respective lead ins.

FOX was a distant 4th place, looking more like the CW than the once dominate network it once was. The only bright spot to grab from FOX is that HELL'S KITCHEN did rise 15% in the A18-49 ratings.

CBS - 8.8 million viewers, 2.0 rating in A18-49

CW - 2.2 million viewers, 0.7 rating in A18-49

FOX - 3.3 million viewers, 1.2 rating in A18-49

NBC - 10.0 million viewers, 2.4 rating in A18-49
