Ratings Review: THE BRIDGE (Season Two)

Season two of the bridge did see a dip in the ratings, when compared to the first season. But, as the series started to get into the final third of the season, the numbers rose back up, over the season average. Unfortunately, the end of the season overlapped with the start of the broadcast networks 2014 fall season.

Three of the top five rated episodes, of this season, were in that final third of the season. Showin a resurgence in the ratings. The final two episodes took a hit, going against the start of the fall season by ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX. Otherwise, I would have to believe those ratings would be just as strong, if not more so.

For the season THE BRIDGE averaged 1.11 million viewers and a 0.4 rating in Adults 18-49. FX has few young hits on the schedule now, so the chances of THE BRIDGE returning seem to be good.
