Preliminary Ratings: Monday 10/06/14

Just one season premiere on Monday night, the CW's THE ORIGINALS. The second year drama drew just 1.4 million viewers and a 0.7 rating in Adults 18-49, on its new night. That is down, dramatically, from its series premiere. THE ORIGINALS lost 30% in the A18-49 ratings and 800,000 in total viewers. This is the least amount of viewers ever to watch an original episode of the series.

Week-to-week, everything is down. CASTLE dropped a million viewers. SCORPION is off by 1.5 million viewers. THE VOICE is down 10% in the demo ratings and GOTHAM has lost another one million viewers and 11% in the demo.

DANCING WITH THE STARS and SLEEPY HOLLOW seem to have done the best, as both are down just 300k in viewers and even in the A18-49 ratings.

Will the numbers rebound when the final ratings are released this evening? Will the losses be made up via Live + 3 ratings?
