Netflix nabs GOTHAM:
Warner Brothers reached an agreement to make Netflix the exclusive streaming home of the new series GOTHAM, beginning in 2015. After it's first season run on FOX, Netflix will begin it's streaming right of airing the first season.



NASCAR Xfinity Series:
Comcast has signed a 10 year agreement to become title sponsor of the second series of NASCAR, currently known as the Nationwide Series. Beginning in 2015, the series will be known as the NASCAR Xfinity Series



TINY HOUSE renewed, new series picked up:
Cable network FYI has renewed the series TINY HOUSE NATION for a second season and picked up the new series TINY HOUSE HUNTING. Both series look into the growing fascination of homes of 200-400 square feet. TINY HOUSE NATION looks at people converting from traditional homes to new, tiny homes. TINY HOUSE HUNTING will take a realtor perspective into the phenomenon.



SYFY green-lights miniseries:
Arthur C. Clark's sci-fi novel CHILDHOOD'S END will be made into a six hour miniseries, for SyFy, in 2015. CHILDHOOD'S END follows the peaceful alien invasion of Earth by the mysterious “Overlords,” whose arrival begins decades of apparent utopia under indirect alien rule, at the cost of human identity and culture.



SAVING HOPE gets third season, new U.S. network:
The medical drama SAVING HOPE, last seen on NBC, will move to ION for its third season. The season will consist of 18 episodes. ION will also have the US rights tow the first two seasons of the series.



FOX cancels drama:
As expected, due to very low ratings, FOX cancels the drama GANG RELATED.



HEMLOCK GROVE renewed:
Netflix has renewed the original drama HEMLOCK GROVE for a third and final season. The final ten episodes will begin some time in 2015.
