Primetime Cable Ratings: August 13, 2014
Not even shark week was enough to dethrone DUCK DYNASTY from the Wednesday night cable ratings. The reality series drew the night's best numbers in both the A18-49 ratings (1.4) and total viewers (3.8 million). The season finale drew a half million more viewers and grew 16%, in the demo ratings, over last week's numbers. DUCK DYNASTY may not be the powerhouse it once was, but it is still a strong draw on cable.The season premiere of the new TNT drama LEGENDS got off to a good start, collecting 2.6 million viewers. With no lead in support from an established hit series, that is a very solid start for the new drama.
Night four of SHARK WEEK took the #3 and #4 spots of the chart, and averaged 2.7 million viewers and a 1.2 demo rating, between 9PM and 11PM.
