The full Nielsen rankings and ratings from #1 to #90:
CBS had a near sweep of the weekly ratings, taking four of the five reported categories. It's lone runner up finish was being just edged out, by NBC, in the A18-34 ratings, by one tenth of a ratings point.
The win was helped by two hours of primetime coverage of the Major tournament, the PGA TOURNAMENT. The golf event drew 8.2 million viewers and a 1.7 rating in Adults 18-49, about double the demo rating than what the two Sunday dramas would pull in. CBS had a total of 17 shows in the top 30, including seven in the top 10. BIG BROTHER was the top two shows in the A18-49 ratings, for the week.
NBC battled ABC for the #2 spot of the week, but edged out the win, thanks to three airings of AMERICA'S GOT TALENT. The competition series grabbed the top two spots of the week, while the third episode held onto the #12 spot. It was NBC's only entries in the top 15 and hle fo the spots taken by the network, for the top 30 chart.
ABC's lone success for the week is the CMA Music Fest concert. It placed 7th on the week and is the only ABC program in the top 15. In total, ABC did have six shows in the top 30.
FOX is still struggling this summer. it's lone top 40 program was MASTERCHEF (#18). The TEEN CHOICE AWARDS was the networks 4th most watched program, but ranked just 60th on the week.
