Standup comedian Jim Gaffigan has his new sitcom picked up by TV Land. The series will premiere it's 10 episodes in 2015.
TV Land drops KIRSTIE:
After just one season, TV Land has cancelled the sitcom KIRSTIE.
Dog Awards?:
Yes, the CW will televise the WORLD DOG AWARDS, starting in January, 2015. the awards will celebrate Dogs in entertainment, military, health services and even the 'every day' dog.

VH1 has renewed the scripted drama HIT THE FLOOR for a third season.
Apple TV adds two channels:
Apple TV has added the TV apps for FOX NOW and CNBC. But, like on other streaming boxes, it still requires a cable subscription, and authentication, to unlock the app's content.
