Late Night Ratings: June 23 - July 18, 2014

THE TONIGHT SHOW continues to dominance grabbing 1.2 million more viewers that THE LATE SHOW and nearly tripling it in the A18-49 ratings. THE TONIGHT SHOW's four week average remained flat from last week's average.

JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE! may have been in it's second week of repeats, but it was still able to beat THE LATE SHOW in the A18-49 ratings, 0.6 to 0.4.KIMMEL has worked hard to get to the #2 spot, but how long will it last, once Stephen Colbert is in the mix?

CONAN, the only cable entry on this chart, effectively ties Letterman in the young adult demographic, despite THE LATE SHOW drawing three times as many viewers. As I have said before, in other articles, NBC's decisions have done more for adding to the competition to THE TONIGHT SHOW than any other network has done on their own.

The battle after midnight is still a tight one. LATE NIGHT sill has the 4 week advantage, but NIGHTLINE continues to be competitive, especially when big news stories hit the scene.
