Final Broadcast Ratings: July 8, 2014

NBC won another Tuesday night, in both total viewers and young demographic ratings. It is also the second time in three weeks that AMERICA'S GOT TALENT was the #1 show of the night, as a repeat program.

THE NIGHT SHIFT did better this week, with an encore episode of AGT as the lead in, than it did two weeks earlier. Comparing the two weeks, THE NIGHT SHIFT is up a half million viewers and one tenth of a ratings point, in the A18-49 ratings.

ABC's all original line up of EXTREME WEIGHT LOSS and CELEBRITY WIFE SWAP still lags behind repeat programs. NCIS tied EWL during the 8 p.m. hour, in the demo ratings. Remind me again, why did ABC renew this series for 2015?
