Ratings Review: THE AMAZING RACE (Spring 2014)

THE AMAZING RACE may be entering the beginning of the end of it's run. This season is one of the flattest rated season to date and it often came in third place in Its time slot, behind the FOX animated comedies and ONCE UPON A TIME, on ABC.

The start of the season was a little worrisome, as TAR drew less than seven million viewers and just a 1.5 rating in the young demo graphics. But once March came, the ratings rose. The balance of the season remand consistent at around 8 million viewers and a high one in the demo ratings.

For the season, THE AMAZING RACE averaged 8.03 million viewers and a 1.8 rating in Adults 18-49, for the 12 episode of the season. Next season THE AMAZING RACE move to Friday nights. A good move for an aging series, that still has some life still in it.
