Final Broadcast Ratings: June 17, 2014

FOX and SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE easily swept the ratings, on a repeat filled Wednesday night. SYTYCD was just one of two programs airing original content, with the remaining offerings coming as encore episodes.

SYTYCD pulled in a nice 5.3 million viewers and a 1.7 rating in Adults 18-49. That is a nice increase of 900,000 viewers and 31% in the A18-49 ratings. This is also a season high for the series, topping the season premiere, three weeks earlier.

ABC's MOTIVE was the only other original show of the night. It tied with a repeat of CSI for top for the top A18-49 spot, in the 10:00 p.m. hour, and beat a repeat of CHICAGO PD for the #2 spot in total viewers. Needless to say, for MOTIVE to not outright beat a couple of repeat dramas, is not very encouraging. . But hey, that is better then LUCKY 7!
