Ratings Review: STAR CROSSED (Season One)

What began as a promising new series for the CW, quickly became a disappointment. STAR CROSS looked to have the ratings answer but became no better than BEAUTY & THE BEAST or HART OF DIXIE.

The fact that the freshman series was nearly identical to the older shows. in the Nielsen ratings. But, the two previously mentioned series have more episodes in the can and are closer to syndication money.

For the 13 episodes, STAR CROSSED averaged 960,000 viewers and a 0.3 rating in Adults 18-49. I am sure the series will have an after life, not only on Netflix, but perhaps SyFy will run the episodes in the near future.
