CW Weekly Ratings: May 19 - 23, 2014

SUPERNATURAL was the last of the full season CW series to air it's season finale and the ratings were relatively good. The long running series pulled in 2.3 million viewers and a solid 1.1 rating in Adults 18-49. It was easily the most watched CW program of the week and posted one of the best A18-49 ratings, for the CW, during the sweeps period.

THE 100 was the only other series still in originals and it's ability to bring viewers to the set are quite nice. With just a repeat episode of THE 100, as the lead in, the mid-season series nearly doubled the number of viewers and pushed the A18-49 ratings up 150%.

The rest of the CW's week was movies, including the original LABYRINTH miniseries. Although the ratings were not impressive, they were not horrible, by CW standards. Over the four hours, TH CW averaged over one million viewers.

For the week, the CW averaged 1.1 million viewers and a 0.4 rating in Adults 18-49. Given the relative success of the season for the CW, it will be interesting to see if continue the summer tradition of dropping below ION, or if any momentum well help keep it as the #5 English speaking network.
