Broadcast Final Ratings: May 4, 2014

We had just one season finale on SUNDAY night with the mid-season drama RESURRECTION finishing up it's first eight episodes. The series pulled in 7.9 million viewers and a 2.0 rating in Adults 18-49. That is near the same numbers the series pulled last week.

RESURRECTION was looking to be the next LOST, for ABC, but over the two months, the numbers have become mediocre, at best. But, I do expect to see RESURRECTION on the ABC fall schedule.

The night's most watched show was 60 MINUTES, collecting over 10 million viewers. it was the only program of the night to push over the 10 million mark.

Although FOX's Animated comedies have lots a lot of steam over the years, it still contends for the top spot, in the A18-49 ratings. It is more that the other networks are down more than FOX, but second place finish is still better than a third place finish.

NBC was a complete non factor. It was in last place, all four hours, in the demo ratings. Only DATELINE managed to grab an individual 3rd place time slot finish for the network.

CBS - 9.0 million viewers, 1.3 rating in A18-49

CW - 0.9 million viewers, 0.5 rating in A18-49

FOX - 3.5 million viewers, 1.6 rating in A18-49

NBC - 3.9 million viewers, 0.9 rating in A18-49
